At the Alcázar Hotel Sóller you will find food and drink designed to accompany you at any hour of the day, either inside the hotel or on our pleasant outdoor terrace, a space made for relaxing while you enjoy the calm of the Sóller valley.

From our full buffet breakfast to start the morning with energy, to our varied snack menu, our carefully chosen wines, cocktails, spritzes, coffees and special drinks, what the Alcázar Hotel Sóller serves combines quality produce with a pleasant setting so you can make the most of the hotel. Our bar is open every day from 11:00 to 23:00, and until 22:00 in low season, while the snack menu is available in high season between 12:00 and 16:30.

Start the day as it deserves

Starting the day with a good breakfast is the best way to get ready for everything the Sóller valley has to offer. Whether you are walking the streets of the old town, visiting Port de Sóller or heading into the landscapes of the Serra de Tramuntana, a full breakfast is the best starting point for the day.

Our breakfast combines quality ingredients with some of the most representative flavours of Mallorca. Every morning you can enjoy a full buffet breakfast, with a selection of dishes cooked to order, such as fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelettes and other options, so you can have a freshly made breakfast suited to your own preferences. It is rounded off with a careful selection of coffees, teas, matchas and lattes. And, as you would expect, freshly squeezed orange juice takes pride of place, made with one of the Sóller valley’s most emblematic products.

At any time of day

After a morning discovering the Sóller valley or a few hours relaxing by the pool, it is time for a break and for our snack menu. It is put together according to the time of year, available in high season between 12:00 and 16:30, and includes seasonal dishes with fresh produce, Mediterranean flavours and international influences, offering something for every taste.

Anyone looking for something light will find a range of salads and poke bowls made with fresh ingredients such as quinoa or jasmine rice, smoked salmon, roast chicken, mango, avocado, wakame, nuts and seasonal vegetables. A combination of flavours and textures that is ideal for the summer months. Among the specialities on the menu are our tostas, made on Mallorcan brown bread with freshly grated tomato and extra virgin olive oil. They reflect Mallorcan flavours through their many combinations: with Mahón cheese, with serrano ham, with caña de lomo, or with Mallorcan sobrasada, dried figs, honey and Maldon salt. Alongside them, the classic Eggs Benedict and Eggs Royale round off a perfect selection for a light, flavourful meal.

For anyone who prefers something more substantial, the menu also includes specialities such as the Club Sandwich, the Korean Sandwich, the Double Smash burger, the crispy chicken burger and the slow-cooked pulled pork brioche. There are vegetarian options too, such as the vegetarian brioche croissant or the possibility of adding falafel to the poke bowls.

The sweeter side

Our menu offers ways to round off any meal or simply to enjoy a refreshing break on a summer day. The pistachio brownie with ice cream, the apple tatin with vanilla ice cream and the artisan ice creams from Fet a Sóller complete a perfect selection for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Drinks, cocktails and local flavours

When it comes to drinks, at the Alcázar Hotel Sóller you will find a varied list of cold and hot drinks designed to accompany every part of the day. From speciality coffees, teas, matchas and frappés to fresh juices with citrus from the valley, soft drinks, beers, aperitifs and our premium cocktails, there is something for every taste. There are also local references, such as Rosa Blanca beer, the craft beer Sullerica, El Mallorquín vermouth and the traditional Herbes Mallorquines, which let you discover some of the island’s most characteristic flavours.

Among our cocktails you will find a wide selection, with international classics such as the Mojito, the Margarita and the Espresso Martini, alongside the hotel’s own creations, such as the Alcázar Cocktail and the Tramuntana Cocktail, which pay tribute to the flavours of our valley.
