Terms and Conditions

1. General

Alcázar Hotel Sóller is a tourist establishment located in Sóller, Mallorca. This document governs the conditions of use and of contracting the accommodation services offered through our website and official channels.

2. Check-in / Arrival

Check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.

If you arrive before that time, you may leave your luggage in storage until your room is available.

A valid identity document and a credit card will be required to guarantee the booking.

3. Check-out / Departure

Check-out is until 11:00 on the day of departure.

Departing after this time may be subject to additional charges or to hotel availability.

If you need a late check-out, we recommend checking availability with reception on the morning of your departure.

4. Bookings

Each customer may hold a maximum of 5 active bookings at the same time.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings that exceed this limit without prior notice or that amount to an undisclosed group.

Bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed once the corresponding confirmation has been received by email.

5. Cancellation and amendment policy

Cancellation and amendment conditions may vary depending on the rate selected.

Non-refundable bookings do not allow cancellations or changes.

Flexible rates may be cancelled free of charge within the period stated in the booking.

6. Conditions of use of the hotel

Guests undertake to make proper use of the facilities, respecting the rules of the establishment and the peace of other guests.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. In the event of a breach, a financial penalty or removal from the accommodation will apply.

Pets are not permitted.
