How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
The journey takes around 40 minutes. We offer a premium transfer service from 136 € each way, which you can add when you book or later on, with a minimum of 48 hours notice. You can also come by taxi: there is a rank beside the arrivals terminal at Palma airport.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes. We have an underground car park inside the hotel building itself, with CCTV and electric charging points, reachable from the rooms by lift without stepping outside. It costs 18 € per day. We recommend reserving a space in advance: because of the Low Emission Zone in central Sóller, public parking in the village is very limited, especially in high season.
When is someone at reception?
24 hours a day, every day. Whatever time you arrive, someone will be waiting for you.
What languages does the team speak?
The team speaks Spanish, Catalan, English, German and French.
Is the hotel accessible?
Yes, with no caveats. The street entrance has not a single step, we have an adapted room with a roll-in shower, and the pool has an access hoist. The communal areas are accessible throughout.
Are pets allowed? Can I smoke?
We do not accept pets, with the exception of certified assistance dogs such as guide dogs, which are welcome; in that case we will ask you for the supporting documentation. The whole hotel is 100% smoke-free, with no exceptions and no designated smoking areas.
Where exactly is the hotel?
At Carrer de sa Romaguera 25, 07100 Sóller, right in the historic centre. The square, the market and the train station are all within walking distance.
Can I get there by public transport?
Yes. The Sóller train connects to Palma, and the tram links the village centre with Port de Sóller.
