You come in through the main door, directly from Carrer de sa Romaguera. No makeshift ramp and no service entrance.

The lift reaches every floor of the hotel. There is no area you can only get to by stairs.

With a roll-in shower: flush with the floor, no lip or tray to step over. Mention it when you book and we will assign it to you.

Pool hoist
The outdoor pool has an access hoist. Swimming should not depend on mobility, and here it does not.

Accessible communal areas
Reception, café, terrace, garden and sun terrace. All on the same floor and a few metres from the room.

Does the entrance have steps?
None. You enter directly from Carrer de sa Romaguera, at street level and through the main door.
Does the lift reach every floor?
Yes, every one. There is no area of the hotel you can only reach by stairs.
What is the bathroom like in the adapted room?
It has a roll-in shower: flush with the floor, no lip or tray to step over.
Can the pool be accessed with reduced mobility?
Yes. The outdoor pool has an access hoist. Let us know at reception and we will set it up for you.
Are the café and breakfast accessible?
Yes. The café, the terrace, the garden and the sun terrace are on the same floor and reached without steps.
Are guide or assistance dogs allowed?
Always. Although we do not accept pets, guide and assistance dogs are welcome.
