4. Reservations

Maximum number of reservations per group is 5.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings that exceed this limit without prior notice or if they represent a group.
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once a confirmation email is received.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the selected rate.
Non-refundable bookings do not allow changes or cancellations.
Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge within the period specified at booking.

6. Hotel Rules

Guests must use the facilities responsibly, respecting hotel rules and the peace of other guests.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Violation will result in a penalty charge.
